Lodge BW9PIE Description
With its traditional 91⁄2-inch interior diameter, the Lodge BW9PIE pie pan is ideal for homemade and store-bought pie crusts. It can be used for standard pies, quiches, and focaccia bread. Its cast iron construction evenly distributes and retains heat, and it doesn't dent, warp, or bend at high temperatures. Because the material is seasoned, it provides bakers with a nonstick surface, and it's also been heat treated, inhibiting rust better than standard cast iron dishes. Overall, this pan measures 12.44 inches long by 10 inches wide, and its molded-in handles provide a comfortable grip.
