Lodge BW13CA1 Description
Made of cast iron, the Lodge BW13CA1 casserole pan remains reliably durable for generations of cooking and resists warping, bending, and denting. This heavy material encourages even heat distribution with high-quality heat retention through the baking process. Because it's seasoned with 100 percent natural vegetable oil, this pan has natural nonstick properties and is enhanced by a heat-treating process, which inhibits rust. With its 13-inch by 9-inch interior and tall walls, this dish is ideal for casseroles, cakes, focaccia, and rolls. Covered by silicone grips, the end handles are heat resistant and safe to hold for comfortable lifting and carrying.
