Vollrath 49424 Description
The Vollrath 49424 Miramar® French omelet pan has unique handles that help users remove it from food bar templates. It holds 31⁄16 quarts of product, and it's made of three layers of metal. Stainless steel makes up its interior and exterior surfaces, while its core is made of aluminum. These materials make the pan suitable for use on induction hobs as well as traditional gas and electric ranges.
