Vollrath 49416 Description
Durable and long lasting, the Vollrath 49416 Miramar™ Jacob's Pride® saute pan is constructed of stainless steel with an aluminum core bottom and side walls. This composition ensures quick, even heat distribution and provides excellent resistance to corrosion. Its handle is welded for secure attachment, and it's polished to a shiny mirror finish. Measuring 8 inches in diameter by 2 inches high, it has a capacity of 11⁄4 quarts. This pot can be used with gas, electric, and induction cooktops.
