Vollrath 49425 Description
The Vollrath 49425 Miramar® brazier pan holds 65⁄16 quarts of product. This durable piece of cookware has a three-ply construction: Its outer layers are made of stainless steel, and its core is made of aluminum. These materials ensure that the pan is compatible with electric, gas, and induction ranges. The interior and exterior of the pan have an attractive satin finish.
