To improve food presentation on a buffet line, the Vollrath 4644020 Mirage® induction chafer has a glass cover that helps retain heat while providing users with a clear view of product. It also has an automatic slow-close mechanism that minimizes the amount of time food is exposed to potential contaminants, which can help maintain proper temperatures. Designed to hold 5.6 quarts of product, this two-thirds size chafer comes with a 30122 food pan. Overall, it's 16 inches wide by 18.25 inches deep by 6.64 inches high and has a maximum open height of 24 inches.
