The main frame of this item including the shelves are constructed of steel wire and plated with our UltraZinc™ Finish which provides a soft bright metallic finish. The zinc plating process is better for the environment (compared to chrome plating); fewer harmful chemicals are used in the zinc plating process. It comes with 4 shelves including 1 rubber-wood shelf, 1 hanging rod with 6 hooks and 4 adjustable leveling feet for hard floor surfaces. Assembly is easy with no tools required.
