Proctor Silex 37540 Description
The Hamilton Beach 37540 Proctor Silex® rice cooker can cook 40 cups of rice and has a stainless steel, double-wall construction for quick cooking. For safety, this unit has a trigger handle, which requires the push of a button to open the lid, and a moisture cup collects water released during the cooking process to minimize dripping. Its lid is heated, hinged, and attached to the unit, eliminating the need for removing the lid, while its interior pot is nonstick for efficient cleaning. When the cooking cycle is done, the Hamilton Beach rice warmer switches to a warm mode. A 900-milliter cup and paddle are included.
