Premium Gold is a family farm located in North Dakota that truly represents the phrase "farm-to-table." The "golden omega organic flaxseed" is a non-GMO protected variety released by the North Dakota State Seed Department. In addition to being rich in omega fatty acids, it's favored for its wonderfully mild, slightly nutty taste.
True Cold Milled is a proprietary process that gently mills golden omega flaxseed into a ready-to-use consumer-friendly product. Most milling processes create heat during processing which shortens shelf life. The gentle nature of this milling process encourages freshness by leaving the oil impregnated in the fiber of the seed and thus, providing an incredible shelf life for up to 18 months.
