With a built-in thermal safety fuse and an automatic shut-off, the Panasonic SR-42HZP commercial electric rice cooker is perfect for restaurants that serve rice dishes. This particular rice cooker can hold 46 Asian cups of cooked rice and can serve approximately (94) 3-ounce portions. Cooking starts after the switch is pressed and as soon as the rice is done cooking, the cooker shuts itself off. This model will keep rice warm for up to eight hours without burning or overcooking it. The pan liner is removable and simple to clean, and the lid is made from stainless steel for durability and corrosion-resistance. This Panasonic SR-42HZP electric rice cooker can do more than just cook rice; it can also braise, heat liquids, and cook other foods.
