Member's Mark Shrimp Scampi is the ideal seafood meal starter. It's made with tail-off shrimp in a garlic, butter and herb sauce. Serve it with linguine pasta, rice or a toasted baguette and a side of vegetables for a fast, elegant and complete meal. It's ready to cook in under 10 minutes and can be prepared quickly.

Cooking Instructions

Skillet:

1. Preheat skillet to medium heat.
2. Arrange frozen shrimp evenly in skillet.
3. Saute for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp are fully cooked.

Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in an oven-safe dish and place on middle rack of oven.
3. Bake for 12-14 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.

Microwave:

1. Arrange frozen shrimp in a single layer in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cover with a paper towel.
3. For 1 serving (8 pieces) - microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
