Channel 401AKD Description
Mounted on casters, the Channel 401AKD bun pan rack can be placed wherever it is most needed in the kitchen, while its heavy-duty aluminum construction is solid, corrosion resistant, and flexible. Both full- and half-size pans fit into the rack, saving operators from buying two separate units. Because 3 inches of space stand between the racks, it is ideal for bakeries or sandwich shops that make their own baked goods, and therefore will need a place for those goods to rest.
