Cambro UPR1826FP40580 Description
Made for high-volume production of cookies and other thin products, the Cambro UPR1826FP40580 Camshelving® Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack fits 40 full-size pans with 11⁄2-inch spacing between them. Bottom-load rails hold the pans on ribs that raise them to create a path for air to flow. Ribs on the end of the rails keep the pans centered, and to protect the pans from dust, an additional full-size pan can be placed in the top frame. This Cambro UPR1826FP40580 Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack can be moved on 5-inch casters, and they have non-marking wheels that protect the floors and brakes that lock the wheel and swivel motion.
