Cadco OV-003 Description
The Cadco OV-003 convection oven is a countertop model measuring 187⁄8 inches wide by 211⁄2 inches deep by 153⁄4 inches high. Furnished with three shelves spaced 2.5 inches apart, it accommodates three fourth-sized sheet pans. It features an advanced airflow design with a heavy-duty squirrel cage fan to promote fast, uniform baking, and this unit is equipped with a buzzer that alerts users when the cooking cycle is complete.
To provide long-term durability in high-volume settings, the Cadco OV-003 quarter-size convection oven is made of stainless steel. This metal resists rusting, denting, and corroding and is easy to wipe clean, and for additional strength and optimal performance over time, it features a high-temperature ball-bearing motor.
