ACCO Recycled Paper Clips, 90% Recycled, Smooth, Jumbo are made of 90% recycled materials, and 50% of those recycled materials comes from post consumer waste. This means these recycled paper clips come from materials thrown away and recycled by people every day. Most post consumer waste comes from packaging, junk mail received in a mail box, things someone no longer wants or needs like magazines, disposables like tissue paper and batteries, outgrown items and toys and even worn out paper clips that people throw away. In the case of these paper clips, they come from metals and other recycled materials.
