Global Solutions GS1005 Description
The Global Solutions GS1005 countertop pizza oven's temperature is adjustable from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit in 25-degree increments. At the push of a button, the temperature is automatically set to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, though this can be changed with a rotary dial and monitored with an LED display. Durable calrod elements heat this unit.
The food tray in the Global Solutions GS1005 pizza oven is formed to prevent pizza from sliding off the back when cooking. A clean-out tray captures crumbs and food particles and can be slid out from the bottom for emptying and cleaning. When the unit is not in use, it can be stored by flipping up the handle, helping it fit in cabinets.
