Cooking Instructions:
PREP — Allow salmon portions to thaw thoroughly in refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
GRILL
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Remove thawed portions from packaging.
- Season to taste and rub with cooking oil.
- Place on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Remove from packaging and place thawed salmon on aluminum foil on an oven safe baking dish, season to taste.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Keep frozen until ready to use
- Do not refreeze
