Each light is 0.5" (12mm) thick, meaning they are ideal for locations where height clearance is limited such as beams or ductwork. Energy Star certified and IC rated for direct contact with insulation, they won't overheat, do not require a bulky can and will last for years to come–50 000 hours or approximately 45 years if used for 3 hours per day to be exact. How do you install a Globe Electric Ultra Slim LED Integrated Recessed Light?
First, turn off the power supply. Use the provided template to cut a hole in the desired location. Using the push and click quick connects, place the junction box in the hole and then connect the cable to the light panel. Next, simply install the LED integrated light panel and your light will be ready to use. The 9-coil clips are optimally positioned for a secure fit on all soffits and sizes of drywall. While it is very easy to install these lights, professional installation is always recommended.
