Winco ALXP-0609 Description
Featuring an open bead and 12-gauge thickness, the Winco ALXP-0609 eighth-size sheet pan is durable enough for high-volume use. It measures 91⁄2 inches long by 61⁄2 inches wide and can support heavy items in the oven for slow roasting or high-temperature baking. For warp resistance, the 3003 aluminum construction contains magnesium and other metals.
