These Banker's Box file storage boxes are made up of 10% pre-consumer recycled content and 50% post-consumer recycled content. Pre-consumer recycled content is sourced from materials that are wasted or thrown out during the manufacturing of products and items before they are sold to consumers. Post-consumer recycled content is sourced from materials that are thrown out after a consumer uses the product they've bought. Using recycled content for these file storage boxes helps promote a positive change for the environment and reduces waste that would crowd up landfills and harm animal habitats.

Wood Sourced from a Certified Managed Forest

The wood used to create these file storage boxes is sourced from a certified managed forest. This means that the wood has been sourced from a forest that follows the requirements of responsible managing practices in order to better benefit the environment and health of the forest. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
