Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6106.15 Description

With a 6-inch-long blade, the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6106.15 boning knife is great for separating meat from bones before eating it. Great for tough meats, such as beef and pork, it features a stiff blade that’s straight to quickly slice steak. With an ergonomic shape, its rosewood handle fits comfortably in the hand during use. The blade is constructed of high-carbon steel, which maintains its sharp edge for continuous operation.
