Gary’s QuickSteak 100% Sirloin Beef can be used in Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, stir-fry, tacos, salads and more. Cooking Instructions:
- Pull Gary’s QuickSteak from the freezer (cooks directly from frozen).
- Preheat skillet or pan medium/high.
- Place Gary’s QuickSteak frozen portion(s) in the pan/skillet.
- Add Wow! Seasoning (optional, but recommended).
- After 30 seconds, flip Gary’s QuickSteak with spatula to the other side.
- As steak begins to brown, separate slices with spatula.
- Cook until the product has reached internal temp of 165°F (be careful not to overcook).
- Net weight: 36 oz.
