The electric water pan in the Vollrath 46529 Orion® full-size chafer automatically maintains temperatures between 180 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Holding 9 quarts, this chafer is a great choice for serving food in a buffet line of a banquet hall, cafeteria, or self-serve restaurant. For content access, the cover can be opened fully or retracted at 90 degrees, and with a stainless steel construction, the unit is durable enough for repeated use.
