What Can You Use Mrs. Dash For?
You can add Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning to any dish or recipe that calls for a bit more flavor. When people asked for the creation of salt-free spices for those who preferred less salt due to personal preference or health reasons, Mrs. Dash Seasoning was born. The World Health Organization recommends that adults consume just under a teaspoon of salt per day and warn that excess sodium may be linked to adverse health symptoms like high blood pressure. Without the addition of salt, Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning is great for adding flavor without accidentally over-salting a dish. If you're looking to cut down on the salt, Mrs. Dash is for you.
What's in it?
Without adding salt, Mrs. Dash created a medley of herbs and spices including onion, black pepper, parsley, basil, bay leaf, celery seed, oregano, thyme, marjoram, savory, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, rosemary, mustard, garlic, carrot, orange peel, lemon juice powder and tomato. These are specially picked and carefully blended to add depth and flavor to anything you might need.
