With 4% maximum broken kernels, this product is of the highest quality and delivers consistent results. This product has gone through a procedure that steams and dries it to make the rice kernels plump and fluffy. Member's Mark Parboiled White Rice kernels remain separated after cooking so the rice will not appear sticky. Our 25-pound bag is ideal for healthcare, school, catering and restaurant settings.
