What Are the Differences in the Meats on the Busseto Charcuterie Sampler?

Each tray consists of three ounces of each of the following meats; prosciutto, soppressata and coppa. Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham that has a sweet-salty flavor. Soppressata is a sweeter, milder salami. Dry coppa, or capocollo, is a traditional cold cut made from the dry-cured muscle that connects from the neck to the fifth rib of a pork shoulder.

Do You Need to Cook These Meats Before Consuming?

Like lunchmeats, the Busseto Charcuterie Sampler does not need to be cooked before consuming. Instead, you can eat them on sandwiches, crackers or just plain without doing anything other than opening the tray. These cured meats are perfectly served cold or at room temperature.
